Stillness
We could say that stillness is a prerequisite for expansion. Let us refer to stillness as the practice or experience of no-thingness. When the mind and body of an individual human being are in a state of stillness or no-thingness, Oneness or Consciousness itself is experienced. The practice of stillness can be strengthened through the process of meditation. We could refer to the process of meditation as the process of becoming still, the process of becoming no-thing.
Many human beings have forgotten the importance of this practice. Yet it is the practice or experience of stillness that supports the individual expansion process. When a state of no-thingness or Oneness with the infinite is experienced, a remembrance of the true nature of self and of reality is experienced. Stillness is therefore a vital practice for the evolutionary process of human beings.
Stillness can be a state that is challenging for human beings in this time, as many of you individual human beings have become used to a state of somethingness, of a mind-body that is never consciously in stillness. When the practice of stillness is experienced after many years of busy-ness, processes of release and activation generated by this stillness can trigger painful experiences, e-motions, physical dis-ease and thought forms. Many of you individual human beings have been conditioned to avoid these experiences, storing them in the mind-body complex or energy field instead of acknowledging and creating space for the experience so it can be released. Stillness offers the opportunity for experiences (painful or ecstatic) to arise within your conscious awareness and the opportunity to learn and grow from the experience so it can be released and expansion can occur.
As we mentioned before, meditation is a helpful process to remember and strengthen the practice of stillness. Many meditation are offered within your reality, it is up to each individual human being to let your intuition guide you to the tools that resonate with you in this moment of Now.
